A traditional style of coaching, benefiting those who prefer a deeper, face-to-face connection in a calm, safe environment. Location is mutually agreed upon.
Membership (Direct care) A membership model that supports a strong client-coach relationship, which encourages greater access to your coach. Fostering a more personalized delivery of care, clients can schedule appointments more easily and more often, ask questions when they need to and the coach can offer individualized care via support groups, and other alternatives for complex issues beyond the basic 1:1 coaching.
